Common questions
Can I deposit dollars?
Cointech is crypto-only: deposits and withdrawals happen on-chain in BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT or USDC. Any dollar figure you see is an indicative valuation, not a balance you can fund or withdraw directly.
Are investment returns guaranteed?
No return is guaranteed. Each calculator projects using the illustrative annual-performance assumption tied to a plan — BTC Core, Digital Asset Balanced or Digital Asset Growth — not a rate Cointech offers. Digital assets are volatile, and your allocation can fall as well as rise.
What does crypto-denominated mean?
Your account records the quantity of the asset you hold, not a dollar balance. Allocate one bitcoin, and your statement shows a bitcoin balance — performance is measured as the change in that quantity over time.
How are withdrawals verified?
Every withdrawal requires two-factor authentication, email confirmation and address verification. Once broadcast, you receive the transaction hash so you can verify it independently on a public block explorer.
